Once your 7-day trial is up, you can choose the plan that best fits your store’s monthly volume (Starter, Pro, or Scale). If you aren’t ready to commit, your account will simply pause until you select a plan—you won’t be charged automatically.
A single “usage” is counted when a customer launches the AI virtual try-on widget to visualize a piece of furniture in their own space. We do not charge for simple page views or when customers browse your product images.
A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) refers to a unique product in your catalog. For example, if you offer 100 different products on your website, that counts as 100 SKUs. Our Scale plan allows for up to 3,000 unique products.
Your widget will be disabled. But we offer Optional Extra Usage top-ups to prevent your virtual showroom from going offline:

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through your dashboard. Since there are no long-term contracts, you have full control over your subscription.
